oh well since I am quite a big girl, i need to be on diet before my wedding and my prewedding photoshoots, which will happen on December! So currently, I am doing a diet catering thru my friend, Vera, who runs LiveHealthy DietCatering. You can find the page on my Facebook Friend's List. She will help you decide which program you should take, depends on ur needs :) they deliver it on time and the taste isn't that bad at all. just bear with the bland taste since the diet food is less salty or sweet. the menu is quite varying.
i am also trying to be at the gym as much as i can. It's pretty hard doing the gym, with my schedule. i have meetings regarding the wedding plan, search for more vendors, looking for some ideas, work in the morning.. so it's pretty hard but i am managing. Luckily my parents are pretty supportive with my schedule. But I decide that Sunday will be my day off. Not doing any thinking, searching or meeting on that day. It's a resting day for me.
